The change from paper to electronic documentation is often frightening. CRIM provides the service and expertise to assist our customers implement this change.

CRIM uses a document management system based upon “Our Library” software.

Documents are initially stored on the server hard drive when they are added to our system. Document copies are then written to DVD media within seconds.

Approximately 100,000 pages of scanned documents can be stored on a DVD platter. If the server hard drive fails, the complete system can be restored from the DVD platter.

Our imaging system is very user friendly and reliable. You will be able to find documents within seconds, which will save money and improve customer service.
